Senior Information

  • To be featured in the Senior Section of FPC’s Yearbook, your pictures must be taken by CADY Studios no later than December 10, 2025. The Senior Section will include two poses from your CADY session:

    • One formal yearbook pose (required)
    • One casual pose of your choice

    WHERE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PHOTOS

    • Studio Options: You may schedule a session at the Jacksonville or Orlando CADY Studios for a more personalized experience. Cost is the same at all locations.
    • On-Campus Option: CADY photographers will also come to Flagler Palm Coast High School on select dates.

    FPC ROADSHOOT DATES (100 GYM)
    Appointments must be booked through the CADY Studios website.
    Select from the following travel scenes: Yearbook, Vintage, Brick, or Exposure.

    RoadShoots require a minimum of 30 students signed up to take place. If a session is canceled, Mrs. Fretterd will notify affected students by email (school email).

    3. October 11, 2025 – 9:30 AM–4:30 PM

    HOW TO SCHEDULE AT FPCHS

    1. Visit the CADY Studios website.
    2. Select or type Flagler Palm Coast High School and click Start Now.
    3. Choose from these travel scenes:
      • Yearbook (formal backdrop)
      • Cap & Gown (included for all seniors)
      • Brick
      • Vintage
      • Exposure
    4. Select your session type (number of backdrops and add-ons). Less expensive options are listed at the bottom.
    5. On the Schedule Your Session page, FPC will be listed as a Studio Location.

    📌 Tip: Weekend appointments fill up quickly! Book your session now through the CADY website to secure your preferred date and time.

  • The Senior Class is thrilled to announce that Flagler Palm Coast High School will continue with senior painted parking spots!

    Allowing senior students to paint their own parking spots is a great way to improve school pride and friendships. We encourage students to express themselves through positive artwork to beautify the campus, to build school spirit, to create a tradition, and to support Senior Class activities and events.

    Requirements: Seniors must maintain a 2.0 GPA and have no more than five level 1 referrals and NO level 2 or higher referrals during the 2025-2026 school year. If this is not met, your spot will be painted over and forfeited.

  • The Class of 2026 first senior meeting will be on October 23, 2025 in the auditorium from 8:15am - 10:00am. At this meeting we discuss IMPORTANT information including, but not limited to:

    • Grad Bash
    • Prom
    • Cap and Gown Orders
    • Senior Pictures
    • Yearbook
    • Graduation Ceremony
    • Other Possible Events

    Immediately following the meeting we will move to the 800 Gym where we will take the Class of 2026 Panoramic.

  • The Senior Cap and Gown Order Deadline is December 15, 2025.

    The only way to guarantee that the cap and gown will arrive on time is to place the order by the due date of December 15, 2025.

    Purchase your cap and gown via the Josten’s website. 

    On the website, you are able to order graduation announcements, apparel, extra tassels, keepsakes, memorabilia, and class rings.

    If you are only interested in the cap, gown, and tassel visit the student 12th grade Schoology course for a "how to order" video. If you place the order after December 15th, there will be a late fee added to this amount and no guarantee that it will arrive on time.

    Cap and Tassel ONLY: If you want to purchase the tassel you MUST also purchase a cap. Please call 321-242-2055 to place your order.

  • Oscar Night is how FPCHS recognizes Senior Superlatives. Voting will be held on the 12th grade Schoology course.

  • The Florida Seal of Biliteracy recognizes and awards a high school graduate who has received a high level of competency in the four language domains; listening, speaking, reading, and writing in one or more foreign languages as well as English. View the requirements and qualifications here.

  • Florida Seal of Fine Arts Program recognizes high school graduates who have met exemplary benchmarks in fine arts coursework. The purpose of the Florida Seal of Fine Arts Program is to encourage students to develop an exemplary level of proficiency in the performing or visual arts.     The application deadline is March 13, 2026.

  • Grad Bash 2026 is the senior trip to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. It will take place for the Senior Class of 2026 on April 18, 2026.

    Paperwork must be printed out and turned in. There are paper copies in the Activities Office.

    Extra-Curricular Activities Are Privileges – Must Be Earned To attend

    Grad Bash, students must:

    • Be on track to graduate
    • Exhibit the qualities of a Bulldog – Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Engaged.
    • Maintain a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.0
    • Have no more than 15 unexcused absences for the school year
    • Have no outstanding debts or disciplinary issues: Students with referrals for fighting, drugs, bullying or unpaid fees will not be eligible to purchase a ticket.

    How to Purchase a Grad Bash Ticket:

    Seniors must have completed the paperwork in order to purchase a ticket.

    Tickets will go on sale on January 9th at 7:30am in front of the Activities Office.

    • Cash - $200.00  - with the completed paperwork
    • Credit Card / Tap - $207.00  - with the completed paperwork

    To guarantee a bus seat, please make sure you have your payment  (with the completed paperwork) on January 9th.

    There are no refunds on Grad Bash tickets.

    There are only 2 buses reserved, which limits us to 90 seniors.

    We accept cash, credit card, or tap.

    The paperwork will be available in the Activities Office, 12th grade Schoology course.

  • Juniors and Seniors are invited to attend the 2026 Prom on April 24, 2026 at The Hilton in Daytona Beach. 

    Prom will take place on April 24, 2026 from 7 PM to 11 PM at the Hilton in Daytona Beach. A buffet featuring food, beverages, and desserts will be available.

    Guest forms will be available starting March 24th. Ticket sales will begin on April 7th in the cafeteria during lunch hours only. Tickets can be purchased with cash or card. The ticket price amount is TBD.

    Please note that students must be cleared of any student debt before purchasing tickets and must present a valid FPC ID. Off-campus FPC students can purchase tickets in the Activities Office Monday through Thursday after school, until 3:30 PM.

  • An informational meeting will be held in the Auditorium:

    • April 14th: Last names A-L, 8:10 AM - 10:45 AM
    • April 15th: Last names M-Z, 8:10 AM - 10:45 AM

    The following are discussed and distributed at the Senior Meeting:

    • Sell Graduation Parking Passes - Price is TBD. Each car that parks at the Ocean Center will need a parking pass. The day of graduation the passes will be more expensive at the Ocean Center.

    Students MUST have a photo ID to pick up their items.

    Josten’s will be on campus to distribute and  to answer any questions you may have.

    Tickets will be distributed at the End of Year senior meeting on April 14 (A-L) and April 15 (M-Z)

  • Ticket Distribution Process

    Tickets will be distributed at the End of Year senior meeting on TBD (A-L) and TBD (M-Z)

  • Regalia
    Honor cords, stoles, medallions, or school related awards are the only things to be worn on top of gowns. All regalia must be received from and approved by FPCHS. Students may only wear honors cords, medals, and/or stoles that are distributed and/or approved by Flagler Palm Coast High School and Flagler Schools. Please visit the Graduation Regalia page to view the district policy.

    Graduate Attire
    Graduates are not allowed to decorate caps. Please refrain from putting anything on top of your caps. 

    There are no color restrictions. Please wear a clean and appropriate outfit. Please plan to wear a button up dress shirt or blouse, dress pants or a skirt, a dress or a pants suit, tie or a bowtie, dress shoes (no sneakers or flip flops). Heels are not required. 

  • You MUST have your FPC ID (physical or digital) and be in cap and gown to participate. Please be on time and remember you are setting an example! 

    As the date approached there will be a Google Form posted here to RSVP. It is required to RSVP in order to participate.    

     You must drive yourself to the following schools

    • TBD - Imagine School - 2:00pm 
    • TBD - Old Kings Elementary School - 10:00 am 
    • TBD - Belle Terre Elementary School 10:00 am

  • Graduation practice will be held at FPCHS in the 800 gym on May 29, 2026 from 8:30am - 11:00am. Graduates will find their seats and we will run through the order of events for the graduation ceremony. We will also have the senior Signing Board, and one more chance to buy parking passes, pick up your cap and gown, and get your initial 5 tickets, if you have not done so already. Please dress school appropriately. 

    After the practice all available tickets will be distributed to those that stay. All graduates will have the same opportunity to receive extra tickets to graduation.

    This is a MANDATORY graduation practice for all 2026 graduates.

  • There will be a mandatory graduation practice on  May 29, 2026 at FPCHS 8:30am.

    The Flagler Palm Coast High School Class of 2026 will graduate on May 31, 2026 at 7:00pm at Daytona Beach Ocean Center. Doors will open at 6:00pm. Seniors need to arrive by 5:30pm.  The graduation ceremony will be live streamed. The link will be posted on the school website closer to the date of the ceremony. 
     
    There will be a mandatory graduation practice on TBD at FPCHS 3:00pm.

    LOCATION
    Graduation will take place Daytona Beach Ocean Center. It will take you close to an hour to drive to the Ocean Center from Palm Coast due to traffic. Please plan to arrive early. Graduates report to the expo hall on the west side of the building, spectators go to the arena.

    The Ocean Center requires everyone who needs a seat to have a ticket. Tickets are limited. Graduates do not need a ticket. If you have any questions about who needs a ticket and who does not or about specific seating questions please contact the Ocean Center  Daytona Beach Ocean Center.

    BAGS

    Seniors are not allowed to carry anything under or over their gowns. Please refrain from bringing anything. Every ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag or a clutch purse. One clear bag no larger than 12”x6”x12” or a one-gallon clear “Ziploc”-style bag. One small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5”x6.5”, with or without a strap. Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag; however, diaper bags are not permitted.

    Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are allowed, as long as they are carried loosely; Preferably over the shoulder so they can get through screening faster or in an approved clear bag. Small cameras, binoculars, and cell phones may be carried loosely or in an approved clear bag. Balloons, flowers and large items will not be allowed in the Ocean Center. Please leave those in the car or at home to celebrate after the ceremony. 

    Ocean Center security measures will be in place for all Flagler Schools graduations.
